• The Services are for entertainment purposes only. All AI-generated characters, images, and conversations are entirely fictional and should be treated as such.

• All conversations with AI characters are simulated. The AI characters are artificial intelligence entities designed to simulate human-like interactions, but they do not possess genuine emotions, intentions, or the ability to fulfill promises in the real world.

• AI-generated content may be imperfect. Because the Services rely on emerging AI technology, generated outputs may sometimes produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflective of human judgment. Users are responsible for evaluating the appropriateness of any information provided.

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

1. Services Description

Our Services provide an online platform that uses artificial intelligence algorithms to:

Generate and display AI-created images
Create virtual and fictional characters ("AI Characters") with whom you can chat
Organize content by categories and tags
Allow users to interact with AI characters through text conversations
Generate custom images based on user prompts

You can browse pre-generated content, interact with AI characters, and generate custom content on-demand. Parts of the Services may require you to create a user account and/or become a paid subscriber.

We reserve the right to modify, remove, or add features, content, or AI characters at any time in our sole discretion without prior notice.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account ("Account"). When creating an Account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account

2.2 Account Restrictions

Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not:

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Paid Features

Certain features of the Services are available only to paid subscribers. Subscription fees are charged according to the terms presented at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all fees, charges, and applicable taxes.

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We are not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Subscription Refunds

You have 24 hours after payment to request a refund
No refunds will be issued if you have used significant platform resources (e.g., generated multiple images or engaged extensively with AI characters)
Refunds are only available for the most recent charge
We cannot refund technical issues on your side

4.2 No Refunds for Moderation

You will not be refunded for content removed due to policy violations or for restrictions placed on your account due to Terms of Service violations.

4.3 No Refunds for Platform Changes

We may modify or remove features or content at any time. No refunds will be provided for such changes unless they fundamentally alter the core service.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to generate content depicting minors in any adult or suggestive context
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any content filters or safety measures
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Use the Services for commercial purposes without authorization
Share or distribute content generated through the Services in violation of applicable laws

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 AI-Generated Content

All images and content generated through our Services are created using artificial intelligence. While you may use AI-generated content for personal purposes, we retain certain rights to the underlying technology and platform.

6.2 Platform Content

All content on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, AI characters, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.3 User Inputs

By submitting prompts, messages, or other input to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process such input to provide and improve the Services.

7. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. AI Technology Limitations

You understand and acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material
AI characters do not have real personalities, emotions, or consciousness
Generated content may not always match your expectations or requests
The Services use emerging technology that is constantly evolving
We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
NON-INFRINGEMENT
THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE
THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED
THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE
LOSS OF DATA OR CONTENT
LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
PERSONAL INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS
ANY OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
